Patreon is a bit like Kickstarter, except instead of funding a project, you’re funding a person. You become someone’s patron! You can donate at different levels per month and you’ll get different rewards depending on what level you donate at—just like kickstarter.

So why did I register with Patreon? Well, sure, the extra money would be nice. But for me this is more about community. I want to keep those who support me—both personally and professionally—abreast of what I’ve been working on, and I want to be kept accountable in my songwriting so that I make steady progress.
